Class Overview:
Fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation, Aadit Verma's Classes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 81-2908499), are 3 free weekly 1-hour Zoom session tailored for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students at Rishi World School in India, focusing on personalized academic support and skill enhancement, taught by highschoolers from acorss the world. Over the past 3 years, around 50 students have shown significant improvement through this program. Before each class, students can submit topics they would like to explore or need assistance with. During the session, they receive foundational instruction on these topics, complemented by clear and accessible presentations. To reinforce their understanding, students engage in a Q&A segment where they answer questions and discuss the material. In preparation for upcoming school tests, the class covers relevant topics and provides practice questions to ensure students are well-prepared. The program is designed not only to improve students' grasp of various subjects but also to boost their overall academic performance and confidence. The continued progress over the years reflects the effectiveness of this approach in addressing individual needs and fostering academic growth.

Expanding to New Students
Videos from Aadit’s First Visit to Rishi World School in India, Recruiting Students and Marking the Beginning of This Organization
After several months of teaching and seeing growth in his initial students, Aadit visited Rishi World school to introduce the program to more students. He shared what he had been doing in class and explained how students could benefit from joining. He answered their questions, listened to their ideas, and tried to show them that learning could be exciting and meaningful. About twenty students decided to join, and seeing their enthusiasm made him realize the program could grow beyond what it was, inspiring him to build a network of teachers around the world supporting even more students. This eventually grew into what is now Aadit Verma's Classes.
